1. Order Processing Time
Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Delays: Customized products or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you via email if delays occur.
2. Shipping Regions & Restrictions
2.1 Supported Markets
We currently ship to the following regions:
Europe: EU member states, UK, Switzerland, Norway.
North America: USA, Canada.
Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore.
Other Regions: UAE, Saudi Arabia.
2.2 Restricted Markets
Due to logistics or legal constraints, we do not ship to:
Countries under international trade sanctions (e.g., Iran, North Korea).
Regions requiring specialized import licenses for cameras (e.g., Cuba, Syria).
Remote areas without reliable courier coverage (e.g., parts of rural Africa).
Eligibility: Free standard shipping is available for orders
All EU countries.
USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Australia.
Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to express services, restricted areas, or hazardous materials.
5. Customs & Import Duties
Duties Paid by Lingt in Box: For EU and UK orders, we cover all import taxes and duties under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
Duties Paid by Customer: For shipments to non-EU/UK regions (e.g., USA, Asia), customers are responsible for paying applicable customs fees. Check local regulations before ordering.
6. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost Packages: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for investigation.
